I have been going to Erica's food truck for the past year and haven't been disappointed yet!! I just love it there and she is the absolute sweetest. Now the food is ALWAYS good but today she definitely put her foot in it! 20/10 do recommend 🤏🏾🤏🏾. I should have taken a picture before I started eating but I just couldn't help myself. Sooooo good smh.

Don’t let the food truck fool you—Erica’s Mexican serves up some of the best Carne Asada Tortas you’ll find this side of the border. Order it with everything and don’t skip the house-made Chipotle sauce—it’s amazing. The tacos are just as impressive. This spot is a hidden gem you have to try!

I wanted to eat a quick lunch and I was struck by the score in the reviews... and I want to let you know that my husband and I loved the carnitas tacos and the rice was delicious. I recommend it 💯 and when I’m here again, I’ll eat here again! The people are very attentive, very explanatory and take out the orders very quickly.
